Artículo 19.- En las representaciones teatrales y en las exhibiciones de cinematógrafo o audiciones de fonógrafo, se tendrá como responsable, además del autor de la pieza que se represente o exhiba o constituya la audición, al empresario del teatro, cinematógrafo o fonógrafo.
